FIN-03-2024 be received; AND THAT Council of the Township of Lucan Biddulph accepts the draft 2024 budget as presented by the Treasurer on February 12, 2024 with a 3.5% municipal tax rate increase; AND FURTHER THAT the budgeted shortfall of $84,803 be funded with a transfer from the tax rate stabilization reserve.
