THAT the Biddulph Blanshard Fire Area Board accepts Brian Bates as the new acting Deputy Fire Chief as of April 30, 2025; AND FURTHER THAT the Board directs the Township of Lucan Biddulph and Township of Perth South to amend their Appointment By-law accordingly.
