That Mr. Dave Goddard be nominated for the position of Chair.

That Mr. Daniel Regan be nominated for the position of Vice-Chair.

That the meeting minutes of November 10. 2022 be approved as circulated/amended.

That the Fire Chief's report dated June 8, 2022 be received for information; AND FURTHER that the new organizational chart and job descriptions be approved.

That the Fire Chief's be directed to no longer allow local Ontario sports title winners to use the fire trucks for parade purposes.

That the Lucan Biddulph Fire Area Board receive the June 8, 2023 Treasurer's YTD budget report.

That the 2023 budget showing total revenues and expenses of $262,953.00 be adopted and recommended to Council for approval.

That the following wage rates be approved for 2023:  Fire Chief - $12,856  Deputy Chief - $3,215  Captain - $1,500  Training Officer - $1,071  Rate per firefighting hour $34.14/hr  Practice - $25  Practice Bonus for at least 75% attendance - $700  Secretary-Treasurer - $600  Meeting Rate (per meeting) - $100

That the Lucan Biddulph Fire Area Board approve payment of the attached lists of payables totalling $140,534.72 as paid.

RESOLVED that the meeting be adjourned at 5:17 p.m.
