THAT the meeting minutes of June 27, 2024 be approved as circulated.

THAT the Lucan Biddulph Fire Services Advisory Committee (FSAC) recommends to the Township of Lucan Biddulph the dissolution of the Lucan Biddulph Fire Area Board and the Biddulph Blanshard Fire Area Board; AND FURTHER THAT the FSAC recommends to the Township of Perth South the dissolution of the Biddulph Blanshard Fire Area Board; AND FURTHER THAT the FSAC directs senior administrative leaders to draft Terms of Reference regarding a transition group to facilitate the dissolution of both fire boards.
